Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us (ESV).
Up on my wall as I walk in my back door is “More than Conquerors” with this Scripture verse. I did that on purpose so that it would be the first thing I see as I walked in. I can remind myself that I am more than a conqueror through Jesus because of His great love for us.
On days when I feel like I am failing as a mom, or as wife, or as an employee, or as a friend, discouraged, fearful, or just struggling all together – it is there to reassure me that I am a child of God and God reminding me of who’s I am.
When you feel this way do not let that feeling of failure keep you down, but set your mind on Him knowing that you are not failing, you are not defeated, but are more than a conqueror. You are His!
Yes, struggles may come, but the love that God offers exceeds far greater than any other love and nothing is going to separate us from it! God is for us! It is like He is always holding out His hand for us to grab onto and saying, “I’ve got you, we are going to get through this!” He loves us and He is here for us, ALWAYS! Every step of the way!
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for a love that is far greater than I will ever know here on earth that You share with us daily. I pray that I will set my mind on You and know that I am more than a conqueror with You. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
