Growing

1 Corinthians 3:6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.

I have been out in my garden working away. I love watching the plants grow from this tiny little seed. I can plant and water them, but ultimately God is the one who is making them grow. So when I look at these plants, this verse comes to my mind.

Spiritually that is exactly what God is doing in our own personal life as we walk with Him. We are growing. Sometimes the growing is hard and other times it isn't, but growth is a beautiful transformation of what God is doing in our life.

It is a process, we are continually growing as we sow the Word of God into our life. And eventually, with some patience, we will see the fruit.

Luke 8:15 As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience (ESV).

Keep sowing the Word of God into your life.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the growth You have done in my life. I pray I will have ears to hear Your Word and You will continue to transform my life. In Jesus' Name I Pray, Amen.
