1 Chronicles 5:20 And when they prevailed over them, the Hagrites and all who were with them were given into their hands, for they cried out to God in the battle, and he granted their urgent plea because they trusted in him (ESV).
When the Reubenites the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh went to war against the Hagrites, Jetur, Naphish, and Nodab they cried out to God in in the middle of a Battle.
And these guys were trained for battle, but even though they were trained men, they still cried out to God to help them fight the battle. They trusted God and He granted their urgent plea.
Don't fight your battles alone. God wants us to include Him in what we are going through. In His unfailing love, He gives in abundance, His peace, comfort, grace, joy, the strength and help, and I am so thankful for that kindness that He extends out to us when we seek Him and trust Him. It is a whole lot easier to fight battles with God.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for helping me to fight battles that come my way. I pray that I will trust You with all the battles that I face. In Jesus' Name I Pray, Amen.
