I have been out in my garden pulling some weeds and picking vegetables. My garden is beautiful this year. The last couple of years I haven't had the greatest vegetable garden, so I have been filled with joy out working in my garden this year. What God is doing out there is beautiful!
Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. (ESV)
There is a season for everything, and sometimes when we go through the tougher seasons. The ones we don't always understand why we are going through them, or thought it was going to go a different way. It’s like those weeds in my garden, the things I do not want in my life that I just want to pull up, like when I worry to the point of anxiety or I am overwhelmed and tired, or discouragement comes creeping in.
But you know something when you're walking in faith, about God’s business, it is going to turn out beautiful. You may not understand it, yet you know that with God all things are working out for the good of those who love Him.
You may be in the midst of one of those seasons, but I want to encourage you today, we hold on to the promises of God, because we know who is in control as we surrender to Him. And in His perfect timing, it is beautiful.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for being with us through every season we go through. Help me to walk in this season trusting You are making things beautiful in its time. In Jesus' Name I Pray, Amen.
